Dora
DOB: 03/23/2001
Hanoverian (AHS)

Dora came to us as with a hunter show background, however her beautiful movement led us to believe she would flourish in the Dressage ring. In 2009 she showed locally and qualified for USDF Dressage Region 6 Championships. Such a wonderful accomplishment her first year competing in Dressage. Dora participated in the '09 Hanoverian (AHS) Inspections and was placed in the Main Stud Book with a score of 7.0.  Dora has incredible blood lines including Davignon, Feiner Stern, Beach Boy and Pik Koenig.  We are excited to have her join us Tower Lane Farm.

Foals:

–To be bred to Versache in 2010

Sire: Davignport is a Hanoverian stallion, approved both AHS Hanoverian and GOV-Oldenburg.  He was USDF ranked Davignport 4th out of 127 stallions based on the success of his offspring in dressage.  This ranking also included European stallions producing dressage horses in the U.S.  He enjoyed a successful season at Prix St. George and Intermediare in fact he won every Intermediaire entered under Olympic rider Bent Jensen.   Although he was shown successfully as a dressage horse, at his 100 day test his jumping index was higher than his dressage index.  It is no surprise that his kids love to jump.

Davingnport

Dam: Feldfeine. Feldfeine’s sire, Feiner Stern, achieved 9.0 4 times for his ability to perform, rideability, trot and gallop in training, and got more than 120 points in the final result. Due to this performance, in combination with a convincing first crop as well as his impressive appearance, he was awarded the title of main premium winning stallion in Oldenburg in 1987. In 2005 EuroDressage wrote: “Did you notice that the Hanoverian stallion Feiner Stern (Freiherr x Goldstern) is probably the most successful dam sire of the moment (surpassing even Weltmeyer)? In one licensing cycle, Feiner Stern was dam sire of the Champion of the Swedish Warmblood testing Figaro R (by Friendship x Feiner Stern), dam sire of the Danish Warmblood Licensing champion Valloes de Baron (De Niro x Feiner Stern), dam sire of the second reserve champion of the 2004 Oldenburg licensing (Donnerhall x Feiner Stern) and dam sire of the top selling, fifth placed stallion (by Depardieu x Feiner Stern), also at the 2004 Oldenburg licensing.

Dam: Pretty is a 6-16-02, premium ISR/Oldenburg mare. She is incredibly "pretty" with unusually pretty white hairs in both her mane and tail. Pretty comes to Tower Lane Farm from one of the top breeding farms in the U.S., Ken Borden Jr - Little Bit Farm Inc.  She is a good, up-hill mover, with free-floating gaits, and a top line to die for.  She is lovely under saddle and is incredibly quiet!
At Dressage at Devon 2006, she placed in the top five
.  Her first foal, a 2006 filly, was premium and high-score filly of her inspection.

Pretty was Reserve Champion Mare at Silverwood, June 16, 2007.

Fryso is a 2001 Freisian gelding by Tsjerk.  He was a driving champion as a 4 year old in Holland, when he changed careers to become a dressage horse. He is so fun to ride, a real departure from our warmbloods and would much prefer to come on into the house with us at night. He was 1st Level Freestyle Champion at our Region 6 Championships in 2008. We are working on a pas de deux for 2009 with another freisian in the barn, so watch for us.

FOR SALE

Cpyder will be an execellent upper level Dressage prospect. Cpyder's sire needs no introduction, Contucci's foals are turning heads and proving themselves time and time again. This is a great opportunity to own this already 15.2H gelding who has tons of character, is very tall, correct and well minded. He is registered AHS out of a Main Studbook Hanoverian 16H mare sired by Letkiss. He is very willing, wants to please and very easy to handle.

Sire: Contucci has long been one of the stars of the Hilltop Farm stallion line-up. His own early talent was showcased when he commandingly won the dressage phase of his 100-day test with a score of 147.11 and finished as a Class 1 stallion with an overall 127.60. Contucci earned six 9’s throughout the testing for character, willingness to work, rideability, and his trot and canter. He then successfully showed in Germany, including winning a 1997 Bundeschampionat qualifier with 9.2 out of 10 possible points. This elegant, young son of the Trakehner stallion Caprimond was clearly a standout and was chosen as a new headliner for Hilltop Farm in 1998.

Dam: Bred by November Hill Farm, Lyrical is a beautiful MSB Hanoverian mare sired by Letkiss. She has beautiful conformation and lovely gaits and scored well in her Hanoverian inspection. She has competed successfully at training level at recognized USDF shows and showed real talent in jumping. She has produced four wonderful foals. Super mother to her foals and is easy to handle. All her foals have super attitudes, tall and correct with lovely gaits.
